Tell Lebanon to Investigate the Deaths of Syrian Refugees

In the past several days, the Lebanese Army has reportedly rounded up 400 Syrian refugees in Arsal, leaving up to 20 dead, including a 3-year-old girl who died when she was run over.

Evidence that some of the victims were killed under torture has also surfaced. Take a look at this video. These are gross violations of international humanitarian law.

Americans should demand answers from Lebanese authorities. Call the Lebanese Embassy at (202) 939-6300 and demand a full investigation be conducted for these crimes against Syrian refugees and that those responsible are held accountable.
